Best Dressed Sound is an audio visual company that works hand and hand with event vendors to ensure that whatever your event, no matter how big or small, all of your dreams will become reality. We believe in seeing the big picture and pride ourselves in being HEARD and NOT SEEN. (And if we are seen, you can be assured that we will be looking sharp!) We understand there is a big difference between a rock show and a wedding or corporate event and we take the aesthetics of the gear and technicians very seriously.
WHO WE ARE
Best Dressed Sound was founded by Lindsay B Smith (she/they) in 2020. Lindsay is an experienced engineer, project manager and tech who has been working in the live sound business for the past 18+ years. Since getting her start in San Francisco, CA, she has done almost every type of live sound job including touring the world with bands like The Killers, high end events with speakers such as President Obama, and high profile weddings of folks like George Lucas and Seth Rogan. When she relocated to Austin in 2016 she wanted to bring the standards and quality of what was expected at these high end events to events in Texas. Lindsay truly believes in what she does and regardless of the event's budget, she is going to give it her all, with no detail too small.
